A fairly flat site is required, preferably on grass, although any level surface can be used.

Standard flooring is coconut matting.
Some marquees are required to be fully carpeted. In such an instance a wooden sub-structure is required to ensure a level floor throughout, compensating for bumps and dips in the ground.

Is there an adequate supply of toilets in an adjoining building?

Would you prefer individual chemical toilets or a luxury plumbed unit (cost and type of event may be determining factors).
Is heating required?
Heating can be supplied by indirect diesel fired heaters which are placed outside the marquee. Hot air is blown through ducting to internal diffusers. Thermostatic control ensures your guests are comfortable whatever the weather.
Is a seperate catering marquee needed for the preperation of / storage of food etc?
Do you require cutlery, crokery, glassware, ovens, tea urns etc?
Is there a power supply available in an adjoining building?
Is lighting required?
Various types of lighting are available and the type used depends on the type of function. Exterior lighting can also be placed around the marquee to add that special finishing touch. Power outlets for entertainment, bars and catering can also easily be placed wherever they are required.
